CHALK LINE YOUNG WRITERS

Chalk Line Theatre are launching an 8 week young people’s writing collective for 14-25 year olds in Luton. This programme is in partnership with The Hat Factory Arts Centre and supported by Next Generation Youth Theatre. Applications for this programme are now closed.

 

Please join Chalk Line for the Young Writers Showcase on May 31st 5pm at The Hat Factory Arts Centre.

 

Over the last 8 weeks Chalk Line have worked with a group of incredibly talented young writers who have developed their craft and gained key skills in writing for theatre. This showcase is a culmination of this programme, where the writers will share some of the ideas they've been developing over the course in the form of short scenes performed by local actors. Each piece will also be directed by an emerging local director under the guidance of Chalk Line's co-artistic directors Sam Edmunds and Vikesh Godhwani. This showcase is truly a celebration of Luton's up-and-coming talent!
